The Atlas 150 machine from the Marcato CLASSIC series is a basic machine for the production of homemade pasta. Used to prepare rolled dough for homemade pasta. The machine allows you to regulate the thickness of the dough in 10 positions, namely 4.8 mm and 0.6 mm.
