1. Did the shipment arrive damaged even though its shipping packaging is undamaged?

  • First of all, this must be reported to the carrier who delivered the shipment to you. As a rule, it is necessary to document the complete packaging and the inner lining of the shipment, which protects the goods from damage. Sometimes it is enough for the carrier to provide only photos: of the shipping label, the damaged product, the package from all sides, the way it was packed and the inner lining.
  • Subsequently, please also inform us by phone at 602183201 or by e-mail at filip.kudrnac@domacipotreby.cz - please send us the above-mentioned photos to this e-mail and attach the invoice or order number to them.
  • After that, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange the next procedure so that you have the desired products with you in perfect condition as soon as possible.

 

 

2. The contents of the shipment are not exactly according to your order?

  • In that case, we probably made some mistake.
  • Inform us by phone at 602183201 or by e-mail at filip.kudrnac@domacipotreby.cz , tell us the number of the invoice or order and we will check everything and solve it as quickly as possible.

 

 

3. The goods did not meet your expectations and you want to return them?

  • You can withdraw from the purchase contract within the legal period within 14 days of receiving the goods. To withdraw, follow the instructions on this page - Withdraw from the contract .
