Basic advice on how to proceed with a complaint

  1. Familiarize yourself with the Complaints Rules again .
  2. Prepare an invoice or order number.
  3. Please contact us by phone or email first. Describe the problem to us, or attach photos of the defect on the product. On the basis of this information, we will evaluate the situation and tell you how to solve it, or we will arrange with you to pick up the product or only the defective part (the product will be properly prepared and packed for transport - see the instructions below) at the address you specified or we will send you the defective part directly, without sending the entire defective product to our address.

How to properly prepare the product for transport?

When packaging the product, it is necessary to take into account the risks of possible damage associated with transport, and the transport packaging must also be adapted to this. The product cannot be handed over for transport without paper packaging (wrapped only in stretch film). Also, do not send the product only in its original packaging, it is part of the product and its damage (even just by placing shipping labels) can be a complication, e.g. when dealing with withdrawal from the contract.
