Shipping times

Since we have all the offered goods in our store and the goods are also shipped from it for the e-shop, all orders are usually processed the same or the next day. Shipping from the store takes place every day after 1:00 p.m., by handing over the shipments to the carrier, who should deliver them to our customers the following working day. The only company PPL collects the goods already in the morning (around 11:00).

  • Personal collection - the goods are usually ready at the store within a few tens of minutes, a few hours at the most.
  • WE|DO, Czech Post, DPD, DPD Parcel shop - we deliver to the carrier every working day after 13:00. All orders received before 10:00 a.m. We aim to ship the same day.
  • PPL - we deliver to the carrier every working day by 11:00 AM. All orders are usually delivered the day after receiving the order.


Basic advice on how to proceed with a complaint

  1. Familiarize yourself with the Complaints Rules again .
  2. Prepare the invoice number.
  3. Please contact us by phone or email first. Describe the problem to us, or attach photos of the defect on the product. On the basis of this information, we will evaluate the situation and tell you how to solve it, or we will arrange with you to pick up the product or only the defective part (the product must be properly prepared and packed for transport - see the instructions below) at the address you specified, or we will send you the defective part directly, without sending the entire defective product to our address.

How to properly prepare the product for transport?

When packing the product, it is necessary to take into account the risks of possible damage associated with transport, and the transport packaging must also be adapted to this. The product cannot be handed over for transport without paper packaging (wrapped only in stretch film). Also, do not send the product only in its original packaging, it is part of the product and its damage (even just by placing shipping labels) can be a complication, e.g. when dealing with withdrawal from the contract.
