Preparation of real Turkish coffee: Very finely ground coffee is poured into the jazz - 7 grams per 1 blanket of water. Sugar and possibly spices are added according to taste - eg cinnamon. Pour cold water over everything and let the mixture slowly heat on the stove. As soon as it boils and the foam reaches the edge of the container, the spoon is stopped so that the foam falls. Coffee must not boil! Brewing is repeated twice more and only then is the coffee poured into cups and served.
