We grate cheese, chocolate, nuts, sponge cakes, eggs and soft salami with a rotary grater. It consists of three plastic parts and two exchangeable plates (see picture on the packaging).
Grasp the grooved casing with one hand and slide out the pressure piston. Place the grated food in the grater on the stainless steel plate, put on the piston and turn it with a slight pressure.
1. We use a fine foil to grate cheese, nuts, sponge cakes and chocolate.
2. We will use the rough plate for grating eggs, cottage cheese, pizza cheese, blue cheese and moldy cheeses for garlic spreads, as well as Balkan cheese in shop salad.
