Work procedure: From the tube - decoration, remove the closing clip (pastapres) and fill it with the prepared icing up to 2/3 of the open end. Bend the tube again and close it with pastapress. Work the decor with one hand like a pencil. By gently squeezing the tube, you squeeze the decorating cream or icing out of the nozzle into thin lines for baked gingerbread and other sweets. Two tips are already equipped with a hole of different diameters, the third tip can be enlarged according to your needs. In case of clogging of the decorating nozzle, clean with a needle. The package includes one tube and 3 replaceable decorating tips. Protein glaze - 1 protein, 140g powdered sugar (2x sifted), a spoonful of lemon juice. Put the egg white in a bowl, add the sifted sugar, lemon juice and rub until the icing is shiny and thick. If it is still thin, add a little sugar, otherwise lemon juice. (We recommend using artificial lemon). ALWAYS! Strain the finished glaze once more through a fine sieve, - to remove fibers from the protein that clog the nozzle of the decorator
