A fermentation cap is a special cap that is used when fermenting food.
The product also includes a flexible pressure insert that keeps the vegetables below the brine level throughout the fermentation process, as well as a seal.
The purpose of a fermentation lid is to create ideal conditions for fermentation by ensuring that excess gases (such as carbon dioxide) escape from the container without allowing air to enter. Oxygen entering the container can promote the growth of unwanted bacteria and mold, which can spoil the fermented product.
The lid has ribs on the top, allowing carbon dioxide to be released even when the jars are stacked on top of each other, helping to maintain the proper fermentation process.
The horizontal area can be used to describe the contents or record the date the fermentation was started (use an erasable marker when writing).
It is suitable for preparing homemade fermented foods.
Foods suitable for fermentation include various types of vegetables such as fermented cucumbers, cabbage, kimchi, dairy products (kefir, yogurt) or sourdough bread and other fermented products.
The product is made of BPA FREE material suitable for contact with food.
If you no longer want to use the product, please dispose of all components of the product in an environmentally friendly manner.
The product is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of sale. The guarantee is valid only in justified guarantee cases, namely in case of material or manufacturing defects. The guarantee is valid only if the product is used in accordance with the operating instructions.

What does it mean that the product was made with coffee grounds? The final appearance of the product was created by mixing the original material and admixture of coffee grounds (5%), which is responsible for the visual graininess and subtle coloring.
Wash all parts with warm water with a drop of detergent, rinse thoroughly and dry.
The fermentation lid can also be washed in the dishwasher at temperatures up to 50°C.
