ORION Cleaver 16 cm, stainless steel

You will appreciate the meat cleaver made of high-quality stainless steel when cutting meat with bones. It fits perfectly in your hand. It is dishwasher safe. Dimensions: length 30 cm, blade length 16 cm. The meat cleaver is designed for processing and cutting meat. Compared to knives, it is also adapted to chopping meat and bones - its overall design is significantly heavier, which allows for the development of greater kinetic energy. This is then used when the cleaver hits, which will help cut through thicker parts of meat and bones than a knife of any shape can divide. However, do not use it on extremely thick bones (thighs, ...), there is a risk of the blade breaking or breaking, or possibly injury. However, you can also use the cleaver for small cutting of vegetables (by pressing the other hand on the blunt side of the blade and cutting with a rocking motion), especially when shredding cabbage, kale and other vegetables, for example when preparing Asian cuisine. After washing in the dishwasher, dry it well. Frequent use of the dishwasher gradually dulls the blade.
