The burger mold will help you create regular minced meat patties without frayed edges, which you can either fry or grill. Put the minced meat in the mold and stuff it with the lid. Material: aluminum, plastic. Dimensions: the mold creates burgers about pr. 12 cm, h. 1.7 cm, h. 7.5 cm. If we buy quality lean meat, we do not need eggs or breadcrumbs as a binder. We recommend beef best. Fresh meat, for example from the shoulder, which we taste with French mustard, salt, green pepper, Worcestershire - and we have great hamburger material. The meat deserves to be mixed well by hand, cold water will help you when processing and shaping the meat, then the meat will not stick. The created meatballs will benefit from a moment of rest in the refrigerator before preparation. At the beginning of the barbecue, let the burgers be pulled in still before they go lightly off the grill, if we follow this principle, we will turn them clean. However, the meat must rest even after cooking before serving.

During this time, we have gained a lot of experience with individual products, which we are happy to pass on to you. Both in person at our brick-and-mortar store at Bělehradská 74, Prague 2, Vinohrady, where there are ca. 8,000 products, and also on our website, where there are ca. 7,000 active products. In 2020, we moved from Budečská ul., No. 9, where we operated for 24 years, but the premises were no longer satisfactory. We are annual visitors to the largest European fair for household goods, where we select quality products for you at a decent price. We first personally check these products at home. Only after that they go to our counter. We will be happy to show you all the displayed products at our brick-and-mortar store in Prague, Vinohrady. In addition, you have the opportunity to view them at your leisure on our website.
The prices displayed for the products are the same as our brick-and-mortar store.
