INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Insert the shaker strainer with the longer pin into the lower opening of the lid of the healthy bottle. Pour tea, fruit, mint or other herbs or a protein drink into the body of the bottle and pour water. You can add ice. Close the bottle, shake. After use, unscrew the bottle and turn to remove the shaker strainer from the lid. Before the first and after each subsequent use, clean mechanically with common cleaning agents, wash in the dishwasher, or boil if necessary.
