The sharpener can be used to sharpen ceramic knives. The sharpener comes with a stand on which the knife should be placed. The stand ensures the correct sharpening angle. Its unique design makes it easy to use and its small size makes it easy to store.
Instructions for use:
- Wet the sharpener.
- Place the knife on the knife stand with the blade facing away from you.
- Move the sharpener back and forth slightly while pressing with your index finger. Start sharpening from the handle of the knife and finish at the tip. Repeat two or three times on each side to ensure complete sharpness.
- When finished, wash the sharpener thoroughly with water to remove all residue.
- Warning: Improper use may damage the knife blade.
