You can use the silicone roller reinforced with fiberglass for rolling out and shaping dough. Pre-printed scales will make your work easier. The roller adheres perfectly to the table, the dough does not stick to the roller. The roller is compact and can also be rolled up. Never cut the dough with a metal knife, only with a cutter or a shaping mold with blunt edges. We recommend silicone knives. Material: silicone - resistant to temperatures from -40 °C to +220 °C (at a temperature of 190 °C in the oven for max. 2 hours), fiberglass. Suitable for dishwasher, oven and freezer. Dimensions: 65x45x0.07 cm. Length markings from 0 to 61 cm, markings from 0 to 41 cm, markings for circles from 14 to 38 cm.
