An enameled cast iron baking pan with a lid will help you prepare tasty and healthy dishes from meat, vegetables, potatoes... It will also allow you to bake buns, for example. The popularity of this material is constantly growing thanks to its great properties. The cookware is very durable, sturdy and offers the possibility of preparing meals in one container, which saves time, energy and dirty dishes. At the same time, gradually adding individual ingredients perfectly adjusts the taste of the dish. It also allows you to prepare dishes with a minimum amount of fat. You can also use both parts of the baking pan individually (the lid as a shallow baking pan). Cast iron heats up evenly on all sources, over the entire surface, and retains the accumulated temperature for a very long time. It roasts beautifully on all sides in the oven. Cast iron containers are great for slow baking at a lower temperature, but you can also heat them without fat to a high temperature (up to 250 °C) when roasting meat briskly. You can prepare dishes in the oven, on all types of stoves including induction, on the grill and over direct heat. You can wash the dishes in the dishwasher, but their manual maintenance is so easy that you will probably prefer this method of washing, which we also recommend rather than washing in the dishwasher. The edge of the dish without surface treatment is treated with edible oil, which prevents rust. The enameled surface is inert, which means that it does not react with acidic or alkaline foods and therefore does not affect the taste or quality of the prepared food. Another advantage of this material is scratch resistance and a very long service life. Material: cast iron, enamel, stainless steel. It is necessary to use high-quality oven mitts and take into account the higher weight of the dishes when handling. Cast iron dishes are not suitable for MVT. Max. dimensions: 42.5x22x7.5/11 cm.
