You can use the GRANDE JUMBO roasting pan as a classic roasting pan for preparing meat for the whole family or as an aroma roasting pan with a lid. Thanks to its size, it is perfect for cooking or baking larger quantities of food. It is great for goose or turkey, for roast pork, you can conveniently cook large dumplings in it, you can use it to cook all ingredients together in one pot (chicken with potatoes and stuffing)... The glass lid with a steam escape hole and an aroma handle allows for fine dosing of liquid seasonings - oils, wine... without having to lift the lid. Pour the seasoning into the handle and it flows naturally through the hole into the roasting pan. The roasting pan is equipped with a high-quality PFLUON GRANIT non-stick surface in 2 layers on the inside, which allows you to prepare dishes with a minimum amount of fat. There is one layer of high-quality PTFE non-stick surface on the outside. Thanks to the treatment of the outer surface, you can use the baking pan on all types of heat sources, including induction and in the oven (glass lid max. 200 °C, baking pan max. 230 °C). The advantage is the off-center handles, thanks to which the baking pan fits comfortably in the oven.
