Material: aluminum with an excellent non-stick PFLUON GRANIT surface and a profiled bottom, glass lid with a hole for excess steam to escape. We recommend using oven mitts. Dimensions: 35x22.5x8/12 cm. Suitable for all types of appliances, including induction. When used in the oven, the lid can be heated to a maximum of 200 °C. Dishwasher safe.
