Blade made of high quality chrome-molybdenum steel, vacuum hardened to a hardness of Rockwell 56 - 57.
The matt polished blade offers optimum corrosion resistance. To ensure that each knife is perfectly sharpened right from the start, the final adjustment is done by hand.

A special feature of this knife is its handle. It is made of two parts. The inner red core is continuous and provides stability and grip. The outer surface is made of extra soft plastic.
The ergonomic, softened handle with non-slip grooves ensures that the knife holds well in any situation.
The plastic handle is suitable for contact with food and meets the requirements of this legislation. The non-slip handle ensures safety even when your hands are wet. The handle is antibacterial treated.

We recommend manual cleaning, which is gentle on the blade.

Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are a family store of traditional home and kitchen supplies. We have been working in this field since 1991. During this time, we have gained a lot of experience with individual products, which we are happy to pass on to you. Both in person at our brick-and-mortar store at Bělehradská 74, Prague 2, Vinohrady, where there are ca. 8,000 products, and also on our website, where there are ca. 7,000 active products. In 2020, we moved from Budečská ul., No. 9, where we operated for 24 years, but the premises were no longer satisfactory. We are annual visitors to the largest European fair for household goods, where we select quality products for you at a decent price. We first personally check these products at home. Only after that they go to our counter. We will be happy to show you all the displayed products at our brick-and-mortar store in Prague, Vinohrady. In addition, you have the opportunity to view them at your leisure on our website.
The prices displayed for the products are the same as our brick-and-mortar store.
