GIESSER Slicing knife 16 cm PRIMELINE CHEF

Blade made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel, vacuum hardened to Rockwell hardness 56 - 57.
The matt polished blade offers optimal corrosion resistance. To ensure that each knife is perfectly sharp from the start, the final finishing is done by hand.

A special feature of this knife is its handle. It is made of two parts. The inner red core is continuous and provides stability and grip. The outer surface is made of extra soft plastic.
The ergonomic, soft-touch handle with anti-slip grooves ensures that the knife is held well in every situation.
The plastic handle is suitable for contact with food and meets the requirements of these legal regulations. The non-slip handle ensures safety even when your hands are wet. The handle is antibacterially treated.

We recommend manual cleaning, which is gentle on the blade.
