The VacuVin vacuum pump is useful whenever you don't finish a bottle of wine. Simply insert the special stopper, use the pump to suck out the excess air, and the wine will stay fresh in the vacuum for as long as you've just opened it. The patented system will alert you with an audible click that you've just sucked out all the air and you don't need to pump any more.
