The pan is made of cast aluminum, solid design with high resistance, non-stick Teflon - Classic surface, absolutely flat thick steel ground bottom, bottom diameter 20cm, do not wash in the dishwasher, we recommend using gentle plastic, wooden or silicone utensils, suitable for: gas, electric burners, glass ceramic, halogen and induction stoves.
