Cezves are essential for preparing authentic Turkish coffee. They are made of high-quality stainless steel, the polished surface looks elegant. Preparing real Turkish coffee: Pour very finely ground coffee into the cezve - 7 grams per 1 deciliter of water. Add sugar to taste and possibly spices - e.g. cinnamon. Pour cold water over everything and let the mixture slowly heat on the stove. When it boils and the foam reaches the edge of the container, turn off the cezve so that the foam falls off. The coffee must not boil! The brewing is repeated twice more and only then is the coffee poured into cups and served.
