High-quality mineral pan made of 4.5mm thick aluminum. Strong, non-deformable ground steel bottom 4.5mm. Perfect heat distribution over the entire cooking surface. The ultra-durable surface of the pan is composed of three layers of non-stick, mineral-enriched Quantanium TITANIUM surface, which also contains titanium particles and thus ensures its hardness and durability. The handle is made of very durable hardened plastic. The pan is suitable for all heat sources: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction. The pan is made environmentally friendly - PFOA-free. The pan is dishwasher safe - however, we recommend hand washing, this will extend the life of the non-stick surface.
