High-quality non-stick cast aluminum pan. Strong, ground, non-deforming 5mm steel bottom. Perfect heat distribution across the entire cooking surface. The high-quality inner surface of the pan is composed of three layers of GREBLON C3+ non-stick surface, which is additionally reinforced with fine ceramic particles, ensuring its hardness and durability. The handle is made of heat-resistant plastic (180 C°). The pan is suitable for all heat sources: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction. The pan is also suitable for an electric or gas oven max. 180°C. The pan is made environmentally friendly - PFOA-free. The pan is dishwasher safe - however, we recommend hand washing, this will extend the life of the non-stick surface.
