Removable lid is made of very durable hardened plastic. The pan is suitable for all heat sources: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction. The pan is made environmentally friendly - PFOA-free. The pan is dishwasher safe (NO HANDLE) - however, we recommend washing by hand, this will extend the life of the non-stick surface. Oven safe up to 220 ° C without a handle.
