Use

First, gently remove or vacuum any loose dirt from the fabric. Spray the product directly onto the stain and then gently vacuum it up with a clean sponge or cloth. Do not rub. Dry the cleaned area by applying a clean absorbent cloth.

Once completely dry, vacuum the carpet or rug thoroughly. For stubborn stains, repeat the process as needed.
