Dough preparation and filling:
22 dkg of powdered sugar, 24 dkg of ground sponge cake, 13.5 dkg of butter, 3 tablespoons cocoa, 4 tablespoons rum, 3 tablespoons milk, 1 bag of vanilla sugar.
Filling: 10 dkg butter, 1 tablespoon rum, 1 egg yolk, 8 dkg powdered sugar.
Simple filling: ground sponge cakes and egg cognac
We press the dough into the mold and dig a slight hole for the filling.
Let's open the mold. An animal will remain in one of the parts.
With a rocking motion, remove the animal at the bottom and glue the filling to the sponge cake.
