The surface of the Optima pan is XYLAN Plus PTFE Whitford, which is a high-quality two-layer coating that excels with superior non-stick properties. Frying in a pan therefore requires only a minimal amount of fat. The special Xylan Plus surface has increased resistance to scratching and abrasion during cooking, despite this, we recommend using gentler kitchen utensils made of wood, plastic or silicone when cooking.

The thick base and body of the pan distribute heat evenly, the ergonomic handle of the pan fits nicely in the hand and thanks to the Soft-touch surface treatment, it is also very pleasant.
