High quality mineral saucepan made of forged aluminum with a thickness of 4 mm. Strong ground steel non-deforming bottom. Perfect heat dissipation over the entire cooking surface. The high-quality inner surface of the pan is composed of three layers of non-stick, mineral-enriched Quantanium surface, which also contains titanium particles and thus ensures its hardness and durability. The handle is made of stainless steel 18/10 and the pan is very firmly riveted. The handle does not burn when used on the hob. Suitable for all heat sources: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction. Also suitable for electric or gas ovens max. 230 ° C. Made ecologically - without PFOA. The saucepan is dishwasher safe - but we recommend washing by hand to extend the life of the non-stick surface.
