The pressure cooker with a flat pressure lid is equipped with a strong 3-layer acutermic bottom, which, thanks to its properties, significantly saves heat energy and time spent preparing food. The pot is equipped with a flexible lid with a shaped handle and a safety and working valve for releasing pressure. Max. the filling height of the pot is marked inside the side of the container. Included instructions with the indicated times for the preparation of selected foods. Material: stainless steel. The volume is stated - the volume of the entire vessel (not the working volume). The pot is suitable for all types of heat sources. Pressure cooker with pressure lid - volume 3.5 l, dia. 21 cm, height 10.5 cm. The pressure cookers are equipped with a special third silicone valve, which serves as an additional safety device in case both standard valves fail. At a pressure exceeding 3.5 bar, this valve releases itself so that the pressure in the container can be reduced and the lid cannot be damaged or ejected. The silicone valve is located under the lid pressure mechanism so that it does not endanger anyone in the immediate vicinity of the pot when released. This is a technical innovation that ensures greater consumer safety.
