This also closes the container and compresses it perfectly with the spring. Thanks to the bag, you can easily remove the meat from the container after it has cooled down. The container is suitable for cooking about 1 - 1.2 kg of meat. Instructions and recipes are included. The product also includes a thermometer that allows you to monitor the current and correct temperature of the water in the pot during the entire process of cooking ham.
