High quality mineral pan made of forged aluminum with a thickness of 4 mm. Strong ground steel non-deforming bottom 5.2 mm. Perfect heat dissipation over the entire cooking surface. The high-quality inner surface of the pan is composed of three layers of non-stick, mineral-enriched Quantanium surface, which also contains titanium particles and thus ensures its hardness and durability. The handle is made of stainless steel 18/10 and the pan is very firmly riveted. The handle does not burn when used on the hob. The pan is suitable for all heat sources: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction. The pan is also suitable for electric or gas ovens up to 230 ° C. The pan is made ecologically - without PFOA. The pan is dishwasher safe - but we recommend washing by hand to extend the life of the non-stick surface.
