Pastabike from the Marcato Classic range is a simple accessory for cutting fresh pasta.
This product is made of crystal clear polycarbonate and is equipped with 9 interchangeable wheels that are easy to remove and adjust to other positions (different widths of pasta). The combination can be used to set gaps 1cm / 2.5cm / 5.5cm / 7cm / 8.5cm / 11.5cm.
Pastabike allows you to prepare many different types of pasta: Reginette, Pappardelle, Chiacchiere (Crostoli / Cenci / Galani, etc.), squares for Tortellini, circles for Agnolotti, biscuits and much more according to your imagination.
