MARCATO Grinder for the production of flour and cereal flakes MARGA MULINO

Marga Mulino is an exceptional machine that prepares cereal flakes and artificial flour in just a few minutes.

It grinds and flakes soft wheat grains such as oats, barley, rye, as well as durum durum wheat grains such as summer and winter wheat, spelled, kamut, rice and buckwheat.

Marga Mulino uses three rollers that rotate at different speeds.

These rollers are driven by a hand crank that is included. Or with the "Pastadrive motor" accessory, which is part of the Marcato Design range and can be purchased separately.

The processing method is determined by the distance between the rollers, which you can change with the setting wheel: Use setting 0 (shown in red) for finely ground flour; (Fig. 2) use settings 1 to 3 for cereal flakes with different slices of flakes, depending on the individual need or requirement of the recipe.

All MARCATO products are made of the highest quality materials and quality tests are performed on them. For this reason, they receive a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects. However, the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or use contrary to the instructions.
