Everyone knows the annoyance when food is skewered on a grill needle while grilling - one side is burnt and the other side is not done. We have eliminated this shortcoming of commonly available needles by making them from flat stainless steel. So that food can be easily pierced and the needles can be easily washed, their surface is polished to a high gloss. Be careful when using, the tips of the needles are very sharp.
