This ensures its hardness and resistance to scratches and abrasion. The handle is made of stainless steel 18/10 and the pan is very firmly riveted. The handle does not burn when used on the hob. The pan is suitable for all heat sources: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction. The pan is also suitable for electric or gas ovens up to 220 ° C. The pan is made ecologically - without PFOA. The pan is dishwasher safe - but we recommend washing by hand to extend the life of the non-stick surface.
