High quality cast aluminum pot. Strong ground bottom with a thickness of 6 mm. Perfect heat dissipation over the entire cooking surface. The inner surface is provided with a non-stick surface TEFLON - PROFILE (the latest first-class non-stick coating). Glass lid with plastic handle and silicone frame. Suitable for all heat sources: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction. The container is suitable for ovens up to 220ºC (use in the oven only without glass lid and silicone handles).
We recommend using gentle plastic, wooden or silicone tools. Dishwasher safe - however, we recommend washing by hand to extend the life of the non-stick surface.
