High quality mineral pan made of forged aluminum with a thickness of 4 mm. Strong ground steel non-deforming bottom 4mm. Perfect heat dissipation over the entire cooking surface. The ultra-resistant surface of the pan is composed of three layers of non-stick, mineral-enriched Quantanium TITANIUM surface, which also contains titanium particles and thus ensures its hardness and durability. The handle is made of very durable hardened plastic. The pan is suitable for all heat sources: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction. The pan is made ecologically - without PFOA. The pan is dishwasher safe - but we recommend washing by hand to extend the life of the non-stick surface.
